Reflection:
In this task, I had to identify an area of weakness in my school and design a teaching unit to implement that helps achieve content area objectives as well as the information literacy area of weakness that was identified. I chose to work on the identification of story elements and how together they make up the basis of a short story. During my unit students were able to use the iPads, bought using grant money the MS at my school won, to record their story and turn it into a video using the Toontastic app.

Key Assessment:
Below is my Key Assessment completed in my FRIT 7136 class. This assessment demonstrates my ability as an Instructional Partner to collaborate with a classroom teacher on a shared lesson. This lesson was created for 3rd grade students on a function of government, more specifically the office of The President.
